Living the Life!

16 October 2013

In Romans 12, when Paul is calling on us to be living sacrifices, he is encouraging us to do something that can be extremely difficult at times. There may be things that our fleshly nature enjoys but they are not good for us. The influence of sin in our lives robs us of our joy.

What we need to realize is that Paul is actually calling on us to have MORE joy in our lives, not less. We are to be LIVING sacrifices. This means we are to start living our eternal life now! We have been given this precious gift while we yet live in this world. Being All in for the Lord means to begin walking your eternal walk with Him now, not just in glory.
